How to maintain ceramic sanitary ware and keep it clean?
1.Use soft cloth and neutral detergent only. Do NOT use steel wool, strong acid / alkaline cleaner, which will scratch glaze surface.
2.Clean bowl rim jets regularly to avoid limescale blocking flush performance.
3.Keep ventilation in bathroom to reduce moisture and mildew.

What if ceramic goods get broken during sea shipment?
We use thick foam + 5‑ply export carton. For high‑risk order, wooden frame is optional.
Please take photos of broken items with original carton within 7 days after goods arrival. We will negotiate compensation solution accordingly.
